Request approval for Center Pigeon Fire Department to enter into an installment financing agreement with United Financial (HomeTrust Bank) in an amount not to exceed $300,000 for a period of 10 years. Proceeds will be used for building renovations including roof and gutter replacement, raising the front of the building by four feet, replacing 5 garage doors with 12 foot high doors, adding brick to building. $100,000 will be contributed to the project from savings - Fire Chief Johnny Pless
