Request approval of budget amendment - Court - $230,000 - to accept and appropriate State funds for the Haywood County Adult Accountability and Recovery Court ("AARC").  Haywood County will serve as the fiscal agent for these funds with the 30th Judicial District managing the program; approval for the County Manager to execute all required documentation for the Chief District Court Judge Roy Wijewickrama to hire a Recovery Court Case Administrator - County Manager Bryant Morehead
