5.) Request approval of budget amendment - Meals on Wheels - $40,000 - to accept and appropriate grant funds from WNC Bridge Foundation to provide meals to qualifying seniors leaving rehab/hospitalization/home health as well as their eligible caretakers who live in the home as needed
