7.) Request approval of budget amendment - Extension Office $20,000 - to accept and appropriate Dogwood Digital Opportunity Grant in the amount of $20,000 to the Extension Office for collaborative participation.  Funds will be used to purchase a sound system for event space, a printer, and supplies used to market Extension programs.
